Great online supplier

Having checked around online Parkers proved to be the most competitive price for the garden equipment I sought to purchase. Once purchased before 14:00 they then did exactly as promised and delivered promptly the next morning at 9:00. What a great service, can't fault Parker's

Quality personal support and service

Went to my local HSBC bank today as I struggled to navigate my online banking for financial support. I was pleasantly surprised in the support offered by Michelle enabling me to fulfil my banking needs of the day. Sometimes it is just a pleasure to deal direct with a smiling welcoming face than to sit isolated in your home online. Come to think of it whenever I’ve had the need to call at the Crystal Peaks branch there’s always a smiling face to greet me and most recently help me to process my banking via the newer ATM machines. Hopefully HSBC will continue to recognise the need to maintain local face to face banking such as this in the future.

Purchase via Ripped Knees a Forest…

Purchase via Ripped Knees a Forest Green Dry Robe. I initially ordered for my wife stating size large based on a competitors robe she used. Thankfully rather than just supplying as per my order Ripped knees contacted me before delivery with a few short questions and then advised I actually order the medium size instead. This showed me that this supplier was considerate towards customer needs and we’re not afraid to offer valued guidance. Said item arrived and if fitted perfectly so a happy wife is now a happy life..,,,,,

Great app to access and work within my…

Great app to access and work within my FD banking. The only issue I have is in understanding what the Blue Dot at the side of each account means ???

The blue dot does go out on my joint account when viewed but not on the Visa credit account ??

Hi Steven, thanks for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review! 🙌 The blue dot which can appear at the side of your account is usually there to notify you that the account has had activity since you last looked at your transactions. Once you've loaded the transactions, the dot should then disappear. Thanks again! - Pippa

I could access, whereas I always thought it was merely American market or a business bank. Very surprised to see a good savings interest rate and easy online access.
