Missing Cash Back and unacknowledged claims are understandably frustrating. Our team does investigate each claim individually, but I appreciate it doesn’t feel that way when you’re not seeing progress or results.

Completely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Service

I had a horrible experience with Qatar Airways that completely ruined my vacation. Due to the airline's overbooking, I was unable to travel on my scheduled flight from Brussels to Doha on February 12th, 2025. Not only was I delayed by 48 hours, but the way my case was handled was utterly disappointing.

After initially contacting customer service on February 13th, I didn't receive any response until February 25th. Meanwhile, passengers in the same situation received replies on February 14th. In addition, I reached out to customer service four times via the app, yet no one was able to help or even review my previous inquiries.

As a result of this disruption, I missed a close friend's wedding, which was one of the most important events of my life. The stress and inconvenience this caused were overwhelming. Qatar Airways offered me €600 as compensation, but that amount does not even come close to compensating me for the emotional toll and the ruined plans.

Despite explaining the situation and requesting an upgrade for my return flight, my request was ignored. Qatar Airways' response was slow, inadequate, and lacking empathy. If you're looking for reliable service and a company that values its customers, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I will be reconsidering my future flights with Qatar Airways.

I'd give zero if I could
I have ordered multiple items, they put it all in one shipment and said on their website that it's been delivered to a pickup point, but no pickup point address was mentioned, I live in Belgium, I called the Belgian post and gave them a tracking number and they told me the package been in Holland for a month. I don't live in Holland.
