I tried to stop renewal of policy next…

I tried to stop renewal of policy next week as my husband has died. Very unhelpful couldn’t tell me if money will be taken out of account automatically or not. I now have to send copy of death certificate.
This is the only company I have had to do this for.

Please accept our condolences at this difficult time.  I've attempted to look into this for you but unfortunately i'm not able to locate your husband's policy from the information available to me.

So that we can process the cancellation for you, please send your Husband's policy number and death certificate by email to us at photography@ripeinsurance.co.uk
