Would highly recommend Ouh La La. Never easy to buy lingerie online but their product range is excellent and their customer support is second to none. Quick at dealing with orders and everything arrives beautifully wrapped. Their bricks and mortar store is wonderful too.

Excellent quality shawl. I was sceptical that it would be pure lambs wool for the price, but am delighted with the high quality item I received. Quick delivery and good communication. I would definitely recommend.

The bed and mattress we bought from Bensons were both excellent quality and our in-store experience was also excellent. Ashleigh and Emma at the Abredeen store were both extremely pleasant and helpful. We were unfortunately given incorrect information regarding the full delivery charge for Shetland. Though the staff at the Aberdeen store were understanding and did their very best to resolve the issue my experience with Bensons customer service call centre was extremely poor. I eventually managed to get the agreed refund for part of the delivery costs but it took several attempts at getting through to the right person - constantly having to re-explain the issue and then getting cut off after 20 minutes on hold waiting to be transferred to the right department to actually help me. I did eventually succede, after four lengthy attempts, and have to say that while everyone I spoke to was very understanding and tried to help, there seems to be a gross shortage of operators on their lines and those who are there are not always authorised to provide adequate service due to the structure of the company. Though this is one of the most common customer service maladies of our times, it would most definitely put me off purchasing again from the company and I would not recommend them just in case you have to deal with their mire of customer service departments, who may or may not answer your call. However, if you don't mind wasting half a day to sort out any issues you may have with them the store staff were lovely, keeping in good spirits despite the broken door and a broken printer which were also hampering their best efforts. Finally, my other bugbear is that their CRM software is clearly set up to badger customers, they sent me an entirely unreasonable number of reminders to review them right from the day we went to the shop, a good month before they delivered the bed.
Overall, I cannot stress enough that the staff I actually dealt with were all very pleasant and helpful, I believe the problems we experienced are entirely due to poor management decisions and corner cutting.
