Very Disappointing
Ordered a Hoodie to gift my brother in law (07-10). It did not arrive as promised on 15-10 at the latest. I practiced patience, asked my neighbours and only emailed them on 18-10 to receive a reply today 21-10 telling me to wait 'a bit longer' until the end of the week before they would send a new item. As it was meant to be a gift, It feels bad and needless to say, it is far beyond the service I expected/had hoped for. I would have been happy to pay for tracked postage to make sure my gift was time.
* Added on 29.10- It would have been great if you actually would have prioritized my new shipment (express with TT as customer service had promised by mail). We have 2 more days to go this month and after 23 days...i have not yet received anything!
