Yet again the Bestsign app isn't…

Yet again the Bestsign app isn't working. Now I must wait for a letter to arrive to reset my account. Over and over again this Bank falls further and further down the drain. It's clearly not fit to hold a banking license. Who the hell thought their online presence is modern? It's a joke. Embarrassingly bad. Their staff look like frightened rabbits who avoid giving any straight answers. Even they know the bank is full of crap. Avoid this laughable institution at all costs. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have been a customer with this bank…

I have been a customer with this bank for 8 years and since they sent me a new card I have been unable to purchase online. The Mastercard is completed and it says it has been aurthorised and then Amazon send me a message telling me that the payment has been declined even though I m nowhere near my credit limit of 9000 euros. Is there something wrong with the IT system?

This bank is the worst I have even had…

This bank is the worst I have even had the misfortune of dealing with. Who in their right mind designed their internet banking app? Must be a total and utter moron. So much for German efficiency. They are useless. Try getting anyone to answer calls forget it! I am surprised they are still in business. Typical German way of doing business. No wonder the EU is in collapse.

If I could give less than a star for…

If I could give less than a star for this company's customer support I would. I spoke with a very arrogant woman today after they increased my monthly electricity from 55 to 288 Euros! After I informed her she had miscalculated the amount she then started to blame me for providing an incorrect metre reading when in fact they had contacted the supplier for the reading themselves. Stromnet Berlin provided the reading and even based on the Khw the miscalculated! I started paying 55 then 110 then they provided me with a refund because I had paid too much then they increased the costs again! They have no clue what the hell they are doing in this company! Thanks to Merkel Germany has one of the highest costs per kWh in Europe! Stupid decision to discontinue Nuclear energy and even worse that the consumers yet again pay extra for these greedy incompetent politicians supported by energy companies !
