AVOID! - took my money, not delivered any goods and not replying to emails.
Something is clearly going on with Nio, as I've ordered previously from them with no issues. This time, however, nothing. No cocktails, no refund. Awful customer service, as only 1 in 5 emails responded to and the chat box option on website timed out twice. No phone number to call either . Have had to contact bank to pursue further action.

Awful company and customer experience.
Do not use the 'move home' function on website - this will reset your account and tie you into a new contract.
Customer service team even acknowledge they do this and do not inform the customer!
