This is absolutely the worst insurance…

This is absolutely the worst insurance company I’ve ever taken out insurance with.

I currently have a claim going through now in the eighth week of me, trying to get a letter from them so that I can access CCTV on private property, they appear to have no idea what I’m talking about. I am assured it’s a standard SARS letter and any good insurer would have supplied it weeks ago this is an extremely frustrating situation as I have to pay £450 excess which could have been avoided.
