Booked a caravan at SANDFORD Dorset, on arrival the so called prepared caravan was filthy, susposed to been non pet, we actually swept up a bag full of hair and gave to the inspection team, caravan was invested with ants, one of our people uses a life's support machine over night and woke to finds ants all over her machine, do after complaining AGAIN, we were given a bigger caravan,when we got there, the maintenance man was there,tiding up, we told him that the tv was not working, he said he would report it, 3 day's later still no television ( one of our family has learning difficulties) imagine a holiday trying to amuse a adults with no TV, after a while security turned up, couldn't fix TV, so say brought a brand New TV from a new caravan aledegly, inch thick in dust and still doesn't work, we came home a day early,even the staff couldn't say a good word about parkdean SANDFORD Dorset, and the prices they are charging, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, SHOWER OF poop and that's being polite
