Quick service. I asked about time and booking schedule but the staff didn’t care to answer all the questions. Only wanted me to book the date as soon as possible. The prices given on the phone call and email are also different. It was somewhat confusing for new users.

Regarding the pricing, the amount on the invoice matches the information provided. The difference you saw is related to the ROT deduction. One line shows the hourly rate before ROT, and a later line shows the deduction as a minus item, which means the final total remains correct after the tax reduction has been applied.
A small tip. You have received an email where you can register for our loyalty program and get 10% off labor hours on your next booking.
Good price. Fast delivery. Though the customer service takes some time to respond. I suggest to contact them with chat or phone call. It’s faster than email.

I ordered some products on 25 May and waited for almost 2 weeks. No update in the order. I emailed and called the customer service. No response. The line was always unavailable. Then I tired to contact them in Instagram as some suggested here. So I managed to cancel my order and got refunded.
I chose to pick up the package at one location but it was changed to another location without telling me in advance. I don’t know why it asked me to choose in the beginning.

It has been delivered to the pickup point that we received from the sender. If you didn't have the opportunity to choose the location yourself, please note that it's typically the sender who decides where the parcel will be delivered.
I've been to this post office several times in the last few days because I just moved into the area and purchased a bunch of stuff online. The staff was so nice to me although I don't speak Swedish and spoke English to them. They treated me like everyone else so that was very good. The service was good. I can't complain. Only once, when there was no customer and the staff was not at the counter, I had to knock the counter to make a some sound so they knew I was there. Though it wasn't really a big deal for me.
