Review of Tractor Armoury
Longdog Trailer delivered quicker than I thought and looks like a quality item, I'm pleased. It's sturdy, well galvanised, a good size, easy to manoeuvre to get onto the back of the ATV and the 2 back ramps are useful. Website all worked ok for the order - and when I rang with queries the lady was very helpful on the phone. Always great when you have someone to talk to!
The only reason it's a 4 not 5 is that I got no information after I placed the order. I expected emails with updates, as you do. After a couple of weeks I thought, 'hmm, I'll have to phone them, haven't heard...' when a delivery email popped up and it was delivered shortly afterwards. So all good.
Review of Get Laid Beds
Sadly our bed arrived damaged, the paint on the black frame was messed up, on almost every piece! They delivery guys noticed it and said they would make sure the bits were replaced.
It obviously was done in a hurry and left their factory still wet! It's a big bed and we won't be able to send the bits back! We are now waiting to see whether the bits will ever get replaced. Absolute pain and clearly no quality control.
It's in our just finished house and is a real disappointment as we have to use it but it's sub standard. And literally 3 days before Christmas:(

We have various layers of quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that we avoid issues like yours at all cost. We are very sorry that this process has not worked effectively on this occasion.
I can see you have sent us an email to confirm the next step at resolving this for you. In order to replace the parts for you we will require photos alongside this to ensure we are replacing the correct parts.
We do record the details and review them regularly in management meetings, as part of our constant ongoing effort to improve our services and products. Sustainability is one of our main ethos as a company and therefore any damaged parts you have received will be recycled accordingly when we collect these from you.
I can assure you the managers involved in the Workshop will be made aware of your concerns and we will endeavour to make changes wherever we can and manage individuals concerned accordingly.
I'm really sorry for the way in which you have received your order. I'm confident we can get this rectified for you. If you can forward through photos of the pieces you are not happy with and we can start to resolve these issues for you. Thank you for your time.

Review of Crittall Windows
5 months after promised delivery date. No sign of windows. We now have builders idle waiting for you. Will need to sue for additional costs. Suggest others avoid.
