Review of Bloom Eco Cleaning
We used Bloom Eco Cleaning for the deep cleaning of large period property that we have just bought. I had a long list of requirements but Rebecca was super attentive and kind when dealing with me over email in order to prepare an accurate quote. We were very pleased with the result of cleaning, especially considering it was a difficult job (it was not in a good status!). We'll definitely use Bloom Eco Cleaning again!

Review of UPS UK
AVOID AT ALL COST!
My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 14 September (so I stayed home the entire day). In the evening, it updated to Wednesday 15 (so again I stayed at home the entire day).
The tracking system showed on Thursday 16 it arrived in the UK and since then it has been hold in a "secure facility pending instructions and agreement".
I called UPS multiple times on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 to confirm what information they needed and they said they had all they needed and that the parcel was with customs.
I called again today four times - the first three times I was repeated exactly the same thing. They have everything and I just need to wait (and they kept forwarding the call to other teams who were equally useless and one person even hung up on me). The third person said that they have been missing the sender's EORI since the 15!!!!
The sender also spoke to the Dutch UPS team and they "admit that something went wrong at arrival at their own hub or at customs in the UK. They are trying to fix it, but due to internal procedures, they need at least 24 hours for trying to solve it."
So 24 hours on top of the already long delay?!
I have been told to email the UPS brokerage team. Which I did. Let's see how long before I hear from them.
Why didn’t UPS get in touch to ask for the needed information (if indeed the missing EORI is the reason for the delay)? If I didn’t contact them myself, would someone eventually get in touch to ask for whatever was needed?
Why UPS customer service just gives random answers to simply get rid of you on the phone and it took me several phone calls to get something better then a generic robot-like response?
It is disgraceful!
