A lot and I mean a lot of effort to claim the parcel that was left outside the door of another house. DPD claimed no postcode, yet they still found a wrong house to leave it at.
And upon retrieval, yes the postcode was on the label of the box.
I have yet to get feedback on the products, but it can only improve once having the product in the first instance.
