Eggsceptional ( not)

Good Morning
I am not in the habit of complaining but I will make an exception this morning . We ordered three breakfasts which were supposed to have eggs. They arrived with no explanation or apology for the lack of eggs . When I tried to discuss this with your manager she said the supplier did not turn up and it wasn’t her fault .
When I suggested the app should have been updated to indicate the position she said I was rude and walked off !
A simple hand written sign throughout the restaurant would also have worked ! ( albeit your orders may have been decreased )

I booked the show Annie for my grandchildren in January 2027 . I had an email saying my tickets ( money ) has been converted to a voucher which expired prior to the date the show was scheduled .
I have now been contacted to say that a refund is being arranged . Thanks

Visionless delay rather than Vision Express

I placed an order and paid for a new spectacle frame in December . The only communication I had was how did we do ? A month later I phoned , I was left waiting 30 minutes on the phone without a response so I decided to visit the store in Oxford. Apparently the frame had arrived but they could not find it eventually the lady checked the display frames to find in there. She attempted to switch the lenses 10 days ago saying that if she could not do it later she would send back to the lab. I called today the frame is still there and I will have to wait until next week as that lady only works part-time ! Hardly the service you expect from a National Brand.

I returned a faulty pair of shoes as…

I returned a faulty pair of shoes as there was a fault . I asked for a replacement rather than a refund as I like the style. They returned them to me exactly as they were. When I sent them photos initially customer services said they couldn't see the fault. I thought when they had them back they would . It doesn't say a lot for quality control if they cant see the very obvious fault. The site now does not allow another return.
