Very happy with our new Greenstar 4000 boiler. Installed by Amw heating using the fasttrack installation service. Fastrack team were very helpful and kept us updated. Boiler seems great so far, very quiet and efficient.

Review of Nationwide
Switched to Nationwides current account to take advantage of their switch offer, the switching bonus was received but I soon regretted ever switching to Nationwide.
Any debit card contactless payments over £50 but within the £100 contactless limit would be declined, this happened in multiple stores including supermarkets. I complained to Nationwide and they blamed the retailers and supermarkets for not processing payments correctly. The contactless payment problem was never resolved even after raising an official complaint. Needless to say I switched to another bank and can now make contactless payments again with no problems.
The Nationwide app is also not fit for purpose. Payment references cannot be changed in the app and using a card reader to verify payments in 2023 ?
Dont switch to Nationwide you will regret it.
Review of Smile UK
I have been with Smile bank for over 20 years, they used to be great but have become awful. Any sizeable amounts of money transferred out of Smile get held for fraud checks - great you would think, except Smile do not tell me this, no messages, no texts, no calls - the money just disappears and I have to call them to track down my own money. Even after speaking to the fraud department and being told future transfers to a savings account in my own name would not be held for fraud checks they still hold them and do not contact me. Totally unacceptable in 2022.
When I have to call the wait time is always in excess of 30 minutes and the recorded messages state they are experiencing high call volumes, I am guessing most people calling are trying to transfer their own money out of Smile and are having it held.
Will be switching away from Smile / Coop bank as they are sadly no longer fit for purpose.
