Basic support was OK
Basic support was OK. For my recent prostate cancer diagnosis, I was treated under the NHS, due to the 6 week rule - fair enough. But I was a little disappointed with your experts' rating of Guys(where I was treated with radiotherapy).

You were late
You were late, to the extent I had to order from another supplier. Then you delivered late and the other supplier could not completely fill, so I had to pay a penalty of £40. i shall not order from Certas again.

I have given 4 stars instead of 5
I have given 4 stars instead of 5, in reflection of the length of time the process took. The watch was sent to Luxury Watch Repairs in mid August 2021and I only collected it, repaired and serviced, on 15th December 2021. I paid up front, £500+ for the service, which is par for the course for work on this type of watch.
Having said all that, the quality of work by initial impression, was excellent. The watch is keeping perfect time and its appearance reflects external work done. As I said before to LWR, no one else would touch a watch of this vintage, so I was in their hands. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Watch Repairs
