Buyer beware. This looked like part of the 3rd party support that Samsung use in the UK. It is not affiliated with them in any way. The initial £1 fee triggers a monthly subscription of £24 which I was not advised of. The online techie was nice enough but didn't solve my problem either. An expensive lesson in paying more attention to which link I am clicking.

Quite simply the best service I have experienced on anything for many years. Ordered a 3XS system in December, then put on hold to see what happened to GPUs after CES24. Scan facilitated this & kept in contact, with their technical team happy to discuss latest options on each occasion. They accommodated several changes to give me *exactly* the build I wanted, & the PC was with me 48 hours after confirmation. As other have said here, the packaging is exceptional, with everything protected inside & out. PC performance is excellent, & I subsequently discovered various files that Scan include to demonstrate the quality assurance & benchmarking they have performed as part of their post build testing. Finally Scan called me to check I was happy with the system (I was), & because I was busy with work more than once, called me on another two occasions - genuinely interested in what my feedback was. Exceptional service, & I am extremely pleased I went with Scan for my PC system.

Engineer Lawal Johnson phoned ahead to advise on time of arrival for routine inspection. Very helpful, explaining what work he had done at the end of the visit. Lawal also gave some advice regarding potential options if the copper landline is replaced with a digital one. Very pleased with service.

Two engineers, Leon & Matthew, attended to investigate a system fault & perform routine maintenance. Very professional & courteous. Called ahead of their arrival, knew the system & quickly identified then resolved the issue. Great service.
