Worst experience with a hairdresser
I went to Knightro Extensions after I seen her advertisement for “premium Russian Remy hair”, she also had “guaranteed 1-2 years of amazing quality”. This quickly turned out to be far from the truth. Very shortly into having my extensions I noticed severe matting and tangling, I tried to get in contact with her several times over the course of a month to resolve my issue where she told me the best she could do was replace them for wholesaler price. I refused to give her any more money and went to a trusted hairdresser for advice. She told me she hadn’t seen anything like this in her career, the tapes were matted in chucks and took many hours to remove them all. The process was very painful and resulted in serious hair loss. I then contacted the Office of Fair Trade and after talking with them I realised I was eligible for a full refund, however Haylee refused to do this. After taking the matter to OFT Haylee began to comment on my Instagram photos which is super unprofessional, throughout the whole process she kept belittling me and calling me ‘hun’ or ‘babe’ when I was clearly upset and frustrated with her business, she’s very condescending and rude. I wouldn’t wish an experience like this upon anyone, steer completely clear of Knightro Hair Extensions
