Sam deserves my FIVE Stars
Sam was very helpful, listened to what I have been troubled by with the mobile phone and she set about helping solve the problem. Sam kept me informed during the whole process which I found very helpful as I am 80 years old and do not completely understand these mobile phones but do use mine and need it working. She successfully got it mended and put my mind at rest that I had not added to the problem or caused it as updates had possibly caused the problem
And she would make sure everything was okay before I left the store and gave me instructions what to do when I got home which was all very useful

Improve their APP very difficult to navigate especially to return a product
Customer Service very good will not be buying again
I would like to edit this review I am sorry to have written this when I was rather upset. I was annoyed because the app was for me an old aged pensioner rather difficult to understand when I wanted to get info on returning an item it wasn't happening I therefore had to resort to phoning TJC customer services as I had already posted the parcel using the Track48 label that had been in the parcel when it arrived. I'm being old fashioned I wanted them to be informed about how I was returning the item. I cannot say enough good words about them especially Arshad and Sharma in the customer care team I will be looking at TJC but I will still be wary of using the app for any orders. Sorry please forgive an old lady dealing with new technology

Complete silence till I sent more to the point email but again they have gone silent I have a faulty float and customer service is one big zero with this company I sent two emails to their email address and both were bounced back by my email company there is no telephone no. So my next step is good old snail mail with confirmed delivery I will get my faulty float changed I don’t give up I only want a reply or confirmation of what they propose to do about faulty goods definitely won’t be getting more business from me

Nearly a very good service
Very good service, kept me informed through all parts
of the purchase only one part of the purchase as a lady fisherperson and why you didn’t get 5 stars. The floats I purchased were packaged in a hard clear plastic tube and there was no way I could remove the lids from this tube not on either end after trying different things I finally went and boiled a kettle of water soaked one end lid in the boiling water and with the help of a flat part of a screw driver I managed to get the one lid off Hooray!
Well protected Polaris floats thank you.
