Non Existent Customer Care
British Airways current customer services is appalling. I have been trying to speak to somebody about a voucher for a flight that was cancelled during Covid and it is impossible to speak to anyone who can help. I ring everyday, several times a day and either get cut off, told I need to speak to a different person but cannot be transferred to that person or just left hanging on a ringing phone. I have emailed them, messaged on Instagram and tried talking on the online chat, who also cut me off. I have written a complaint and not had a reply. The only excuse seems to be they are very busy. This is not acceptable, we are all busy and waste valuable time trying to contact them. They need to resource up to cope with customer calls. My hotel is booked, the hotel organised by myself directly has been so accommodating but at this point I think I will need to book a flight with another airline and try and get my money back from BA via my credit card company. I really cannot believe how bad things have got with this company, it is truly shocking.
