I had a very good experience with Animal Friends, when I had make a claim for one of my cats that had to have eye surgery at a referral vet practise.
No pressure was put on me at a very worrying time, Animal Friends worked directly with the vets, the claim was submitted, my accesses etc. deducted, the invoice was paid to the vet within a couple of days.
Animal Friends made a stressful time, less stressful by their Animal Friends actions, as did the vet too.

I have four cats, and with this litter you truly have no smells.
