A wonderful array of quality products for the home and great selection of smaller items which could be bought as gifts.
A wee bit on the pricey side but good quality.

Disappointing customer service …

My son purchased a Joules waterproof jacket for me approximately Feb 2024 in our local store which has now closed down. I wore it a few times but as it was a light colour it became quite grubby so washed it with the recommended product at the correct temperature. Despite this the lining came apart on the inside seams so I contact customer services and sent photos of said item. After a lot of emails and a phone call from different staff members who mostly hadnt read the email trail my complaint wasn’t resolved. As I don’t have a proof of purchase or an account with them there’s nothing they can do. Sorry but who keeps receipts for something they bought 15 months ago?!! Very disappointed and will refrain from buying further Joules products.

Staff need some training in customer service …

Went in to buy some sports shorts one person serving and helping a customer fill in a form of some sort while the other member of staff stood talking to someone, not about a sale she appeared to know him. Then after about 10 minutes she decided to serve me, no apology, no reason for the delay. Feel there’s not a lot of commitment from the staff although the member serving the other customer was very efficient.( she wore a sunflower mask) I had asked the member of staff who eventually served me where to find the items I required when first entering the shop but she didn’t bother to ask a) how I was getting on or b) was this what I was looking for ! Poor service

Easy to find the books I wanted online and delivery was prompt. On the downside didn’t realise they were second hand until they arrived. Not a problem would just liked to have known before purchasing

Impressed with quality

Flowers were beautiful according to my friend who received them, definitely worth the money but they were left outside in the evening by delivery company and had she not seen them they’d have been there all night !

Great wines from different regions

Great wines and snacks and the Glug booklet with information of the region made the experience much more interesting. Excellent service from the company from ordering through to delivery. I hope this company goes from strength to strength as I really like their whole ethic and customer care.
