It's easy to sell a product when it works well. A company's real integrity is when you buy something that doesn't work well. PB Tech was knowledgeable and easy to deal with and most importantly listened. They have also provided flexibility when I thought my PSU was broken (it wasn't), but I was able to return a new PSU I had bought to replace it.
