Not possible to pay after receiving
You used to be able to just say that the order hasn't arrived yet. I have an order and it is scheduled for delivery at the end of the month. I don't want to pay for it until it is delivered. But I have no way to stop my payment.

This is the problem. You just reply with links. What you should do is actually test it yourself and see that there is no way to address the issue.
I click report a problem and what option should I take then? "my order is missing".. No it's not that. "part of my order is missing" No... "my order is canceled" No... "I received an item significantly different from the description" No... and it's not a "payment problem" and it's not an "identity theft problem". As I said recreate the situation and test it out you will see that your standard answers using links, do not work.
