We use Inxpress daily they collect…

We use Inxpress daily they collect between 5 and 20 parels most days.
In September we use Inxpress to sent a parcel to Ireland, they in turn gave us Fedex as an option so we use them. A week or so ago Inxpress sent us an invoice say it was for unpaid duty not collected by Fedex. Then promly deducted the payment for this invoice from our bank account!
We had acquired the invoice to be told that Fedex had not been paid the duty. We are told by our customer that Fedex do not deliver parcels until the duty is paid.
We never authorised the goods to be delivered without the duty being collected.
We are now being told by Inxpress that we need to get the customer to prove that the payment was made.
We now have to get a copy of the Fedex paperwork, proof from the customer that it was our consignment that was paid for, this could take 6 months before they get the paperwork from Fedex.
and we are out of pocket 250euros
Let this be a warning if your planning on sending parcels to Europe via Inxpress. I know we won't be doing it again!!!

Ordered garden furiture for 686.98…

Ordered garden furiture for 686.98 which was not suitable, so wanted to return it. Simple you would think in this day and age.
But No! Primrose say you have to find your own carrier to ship it back and recommend an online service. Cost 250.00+
Primrose then say they can arrange collection and charge but then they say that the goods will be unisured so any damge is down to you the customer!
ake sure you know what your ordering otherwise it could be a very costly mistake!!
