Great hammocks. I'm waiting for payday at the moment because the range of options on the website is far too tempting to miss out on! The three-tier hammock in particular looks very nice and has been a firm favourite of my mischief.

Absolutely fantastic. Arrived quickly, securely packaged. The website was easy to use, and the cut-to-size perspex was reasonably priced. The Plastic People are often recommended in pet rat communities as a place to source materials to make cage trays, and I'm very glad I followed that recommendation. My pets are also very glad!

Policies weren't followed. My Hello Fresh parcel was left outside my block of flats, and if it wasn't for a nice passerby checking the address on it and ringing my doorbell I'd have had no idea it was there. I can barely afford Hello Fresh, I definitely can't afford to pay for it to be stolen by someone because the person delivering it leaves it in the street. Talking to customer services wasn't much help and I wasn't told how to complain, simply that my complaint would be passed along by the agent. I have no way of knowing if that will ever happen, and no follow up because every time I asked the agent just said they'd pass my concerns along.

I love my Popsy dress! All the alterations I wanted were made really quickly, and it fits perfectly.

Friendly people, fast and efficient service. I paid a bit extra to have my three-seater sofa picked up from my flat and it couldn't have taken more than ten minutes total. They did arrive a bit before the pick up window I asked for, but it wasn't an inconvenient difference and I was so happy with how everything went that I think it was definitely still worth five stars.

Items arrived quickly and are good quality, match descriptions exactly. Happy with level of communication as well, and estimates of delivery times/days were accurate.
