Fraudulent transfer of a number

Fortunately we have not had any contractual agreements with this company but they have carried out fraudulent activity with claiming a phone number of our business, so that they can sign up another company which had been trying to claim and use that number. I would not recommend using this company.

Since my last review about DirectLine…

Since my last review about DirectLine Ins, I have had correspondence from the Escalations Department who are refusing to pay any Late Payment Fees on the Invoice which is over 2 years overdue!
It seems DirectLine intention is to delay payment for as long as possible and refuse to pay any penalties that are incurred.
In my opinion, Independent Vehicle Bodyshops will start refusing to repair vehicles if they are Insured with DirectLine.
Easily the worst Insurance Co we have to deal with.

Waiting for Payment for 2Yrs

As a small Bodyshop Repair Workshop we carry out Insurance Repairs for our Customers all the time. We deal with a number of different Insurance Companies but we have the most problems getting paid by DirectLine.
They currently hold the record for the longest we have had to wait for payment of a repair which so far is over 2Yrs!!
Despite a number of reminders and Late Payment Fees added, we are still waiting for payment.
I wouldn't purchase Insurance with DirectLine.

Following on from our previous review

Following on from our previous review. Markerstudy have been in touch regarding the Non Payment of our Invoice, but still have not yet made payment.
Appalling service. We deal with most Insurers and these have far been the worst.

This Insurance Co are dreadful

This Insurance Co are dreadful! We're a Vehicle Repairer who carried out the repair to a customers car 10months ago, yet we are still waiting for payment!
Any customer using these people won't get their vehicle repaired by us now.
