Selling a car for no charge to the owner has got to be worth the hoops you have to jump through taking an enormous number of pictures that are then examined in great detail and retakes can be requested if they are not highlighting sufficiently what they were taken for but the result was a successful sale so must be good.

What a fabulous company sending ten different bleed screws to me so that I can ensure I have the right one and have enclosed a return envelope and postage then after returning all the wrong ones I received a credit back into my account within a couple of days as I said what a company.

Applied for a loan from TSB and despite not banking with them they took all my details on line through a very simple process and agreed all terms at a very competitive rate and state they will be forwarding the funds to my account tomorrow as the application was before 6pm

Notice of the delivery was timely and the tanker arrived as expected on time and the delivery was completed with no fuss or problems what more can anyone expect from a fuel oil company.

The quality of the food I’ve tasted so far as a relatively new customer is excellent and everything about the ordering through to the delivery is the same friendly efficient way they treat their customers. The range and variety is pretty good certainly to satisfy all my needs but my wife being diabetic causes her to not be quite so keen even though the prices are competitive.

Accept the small chance of winning anything unless you have luck on your side but contributing to good charitable causes is what it’s all about and makes you feel good even when you don’t win.

Just received my six monthly bill for January to July 2023 and could not understand how figures were calculated for payments (no dates to show what monthly payment was included) just six payments at so much then all the government ins and then outs (I think) then refund due to large credit on my account yet the bill still shows another large credit which after a very poor telephone conversation with customer services was I’m told was this months payment even though the bill was dated 7th July and my payment went in on the 10th how would that payment be included in this bill? In the end decided that I will just move my business to another provider as soon as things settle down.

My consignment was fragile and next day imperative being frozen food and everything went just as it should arriving the next morning with lots of notifications and opportunities to actually see the delivery drivers progress through the deliveries before mine so I didn’t have any stress worrying when it was going to arrive and to top it off in perfect condition despite it not being contained in tough packaging so could not recommend enough.

Placed my order on line received confirmation email immediately the whole process was simple and informative to ensure the right item had been ordered. The following day due to the item I had ordered they rang me to arrange a suitable day for delivery which normally you just expect an email to confirm despatched and what day it might arrive from other suppliers so most welcome to have a personal contact. The day of delivery I thought I saw a white van drive past my house slowly and worried he had delivered my item to the wrong house so phoned to explain my concerns. Nothing was too much trouble they rang me back after speaking to the driver that no he was still on the way and gave me an eta then after I had thanked them and rang off the driver himself rang me to give me a more accurate eta as he had got closer so very impressed and will definitely be using this company again.

After looking around I finally found the perfect joist hangers at Toolstation. Needed 14 to complete my job and was passing the store so just popped in without preorder and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff and ease of the purchase. Only fly in the ointment was I didn’t notice I had only been given 10 and charged for the 14 so when I realised the error I was already home but that was no problem either as I rang customer services to explain the situation and they couldn’t be more helpful putting through another order for the missing 4 which I could have had delivered if I had wanted but was again going to be passing the following day so collected them with out further issue.
