Curchods in Ottershaw have been just fantastic helping me through a slog of a sale, giving support where it was needed, and encouraging me to make the right decisions when things were tricky. Alex was just fantastic as my point of contact, he and Phill have been great and were always willing to answer questions, no matter how small, and even about my onward purchase - eager to help in any way they could. Hugely recommend them.
If they could just sort out their warehouse QA they'd be good, but over the last year or two I've had several boxes and yet to have one that wasn't missing a recipe card, an ingredient, or had an incorrect ingredient. The food is good and the cards easy to follow, but they just let themselves down by not sending you everything you need.

We are so sorry to hear you have had a number of missing items in your deliveries. This is truly concerning to hear as the purpose of getting our boxes is to remove the need for you to visit supermarkets for supplies and to provide you with the convenience of having a few of your meals planned out and taken care of. We apologise if we have let you down and we assure you we will do what we can to get to the bottom of this.
Our Packing team is in charge of this, as our boxes are still hand packed so whenever an item goes missing it is surely human error, but since it has happened on more than one occasion, they need to investigate and make sure it does not happen again.
