SCAMMED
Absolutely gutted.
Paid £199 for a tumble dryer that never came. They said I would receive money back when I cancelled the order after taking another day off work to stay in for a second delivery that never turned up…
Obviously the money was never returned.
Time for trading standards.

Dont bother....Does anyone work at the…

Dont bother....Does anyone work at the help centre? I go away tomowwor and cant check in online and cannot get through. Ive been trying for 3 hours. Had the same problem last year out in the states to change my flight and took 3 days to answer.... Think I will go with Virgin next year....Never had this with them.

BEWARE.

BEWARE.. bought a trade car that wasnt cleaned and when I got it home and cleaned it, it had halestone marks all over it. This will cost over £2000 to put right and the garage said sold as seen even though they forgot to mention it in the description.....

Good customer service from the main platform

Had an issue with one of their suppliers Vaux spares. Unfortunately Vaux Spares customer service was non existent. Had a call from Breakeryard to apologise for the way I have been treated. Customer service was excellent. Now feel comfortable to use this service once again.

Bought a part from Vaux Spares at the…

Bought a part from Vaux Spares at the advertised price £251. After not receiving the part for a few days I contacted them and they told me that it is waiting to be delivered - They would call me back.
I didnt hear back so called the following day to be told that the part was sold to cheap !!!! it should of been £450 !!!! I asked for a full refund.
I called the day after (today) as I still have not heard from them. The person I spoke to said the refund would take a few days !!!! Customer Service OBVIOUSLY non existant....

Be VERY AWARE

Be VERY AWARE. Do not ask for recommendations.
My mother spent £13,000 on a kitchen that was poorly designed and fitted. Units cannot be used, are not symmetrical which makes the kitchen look extremely poor. The joints have had to be covered as they are so bad. Even after looking at the kitchen, the local manager Paul Hope from Hainault told my mother he would try and get her compensation. If she never went into the Howdens showroom in Hainault she would never of had these problems.
We are now having to take Howdens and their recommended fitter Joseph Sharpe to court for their lack of getting the kitchen to do what it was bought for. My mother is at the end of her tether, everyday she has to look at this. You would of thought that for such a large organisation that they could of just got this sorted. HOW WRONG WERE WE !
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE - AVOID!!
