Excellent customer service. Communication regarding a slight delay in delivery was very much appreciated. Despite slight damage to the outer box, the set was in perfect condition. Delivery was faultless. This was the second time we had ordered from Gardens4less and we wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.....which reminds me I need to order a new cover for our outdoor dining set!

The customer service response when I complained about poor quality lettering alignment to a recent Mr&Mrs mug was insulting. One of the mugs was clearly a second, with lettering offline and smudged. Despite purchasing these as 'firsts' not seconds, paying full price plus £5 p&p I was refunded (despite me saying it was not acceptable) £4....this does not even cover the p&p for the sub standard item I received. I will never order direct from EB again, I want to see what I am paying good money for first in the future.

This was our first holiday with Jet2, and we cannot fault the service received at all. Ground crew, cabin crew and resort crew were all a credit to the company. We have already started looking at booking holidays with Jet2 for next year.

This was the first time I had used the Cornish Company but it definitely won't be the last time!
I ordered the pasty and cream tea hamper as a thank you gift. Delivery was prompt, arriving in perfect condition at exactly the time I had been advised. Our friends were delighted to receive the well presented hamper, they said it was delicious, the scones were probably the best scones they have ever had, so light and fresh.

On arriving for our holiday in Cornwall at the weekend one of our Kampa Croyde Classic 6 air beam tubes blew! We immediately phoned Camping World where the tent had been purchased 5 years ago for advice. The customer service from Alex was nothing short of outstanding. He contacted Kampa on Monday, advised us of the replacement price, took payment over the telephone then ordered a new tube to be delivered directly the campsite we are staying. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Camping World Horsham. Thank you Alex.
