Not all dealerships are the same.

After being let down twice by a Chinese brand, I’d completely lost all faith in the car industry.

Then I met Johnathan and Trevor at Brayleys Nissan.

Professional, honest, and reliable from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would, kept me informed throughout, and delivered my car on time and in perfect condition.

Simple—this is how it should be done.
Outstanding service.

Halford at Home Service is Excellent

I neeeded a new car battery fitted at home as I am disabled. The Technician, Hardeep arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional and went out of his way to ensure we were completley satisfied.
Excellent Service, Great value for money.

Warning to saga Cistomers

I am a very dissatisfied ex Saga customer who last year took out car insurance with Saga at a cost of £250.

My renewal date is 6th October 2023 and today, without any notification whatsoever Saga has taken £559 out of my bank account to renew my policy!

I have had no emails or documents and have not agreed to renew my policy with Saga:

When I telephoned Saga and had to wait over 20 minutes they admitted they had sent no notification to me and then informed me there would be a cancellation fee to cancel the new policy which I had not even agreed too!

I had to speak to a manager to get this cancellation fee removed!

Avoid Saga like the plague…
They are too expensive
They are totally incompetent
And I have to wait over a week now for a refund

This has placed me in a position of hardship and they do not care at all!

I will be informing the financial and insurance ombudsmen of this terrible service!

You have been warned
Avoid Saga!
