Great company

Great company. Second time I’ve ordered from them and both times they sent the item quickly. Items were as specified. I had a small issue which was dealt with quickly and communication was first rate. Very happy with the outcome. Will definitely use this company again

This is a good product

This is a good product. Works well, easy to refill, good communication and website. Love that the case is so durable.

Love this company

I love the deodorant. It smells so lovely. The little cases are very robust. I’ve had mine for a while now and a quick wash between refills and they are back to looking new!
I contacted customer services as I wanted to change my payment method. They got back to me within 15 minutes and it was 7.00am!!! All sorted very quickly with easy instructions on how to do this.

Absolutely dreadful and expensive experience

First they emailed to say our flights had been changed to a time that would not have worked for us.
We tried to sort out other flights which has taken us 12 days numerous emails and telephone calls and nearly £300 extra.
They agreed to pay for checked baggage which we had already paid extra for, they didn’t! We had to pay again.
We’ve had to pay more for the hire car and for parking. All of which we had already paid for.
They told us we could cancel. When we tried we were told we’d lose £400.
They were very unhelpful, did not get back to us when they said they would and did not sort this out to our satisfaction.
This is not good enough.
We will not be using Secret escapes again

Hopeless and inefficient

We booked a date for a visit online. 1st March. Then the engineer rang, he couldn’t come until 17th March. This has happened before. Pointless booking online as the engineer can never attend on your chosen day. He also comes to Oxford all the way from Birmingham! This cannot be cost effective!

Excellent customer service

Ordered a large blind for our wide window. Quick delivery, has everything g we needed to put the blind up. Good quality throughout. We had a slight problem with the blind which was sorted out within an hour.
Excellent service and extremely quick response to our minor issue.
