Was looking for a replacement bulb for a reading light in my motorhome and found what appeared to be the right item on the BCH site at a good price. Order placed and quickly delivered. When I opened the parcel the bulb wasn't what I'd ordered but looked similar so assumed they had sent an alternative item. Opened the packaging but when I tried to fit the bulb it wouldn't fit into the light shade so no use. I've emailed BCH and waiting for a reply.
Received a reply and an apology as there had been a mix up at their end and an offer of a refund which I accepted
but then they found another bulb on their system which they offered to send which I accepted. They also offered to refund me if the bulb wasn't correct which I refused as I considered they had been fair and I could have initially taken the refund. This is beyond the norm and now I know of them I will certainly use and recommend them.

Went into John Doe's yesterday to have a look around with nothing in mind and came out having purchased 2 chairs. Stuart, the salesman, was very helpful and provided information when required but wasn't pushy. The chairs were delivered this morning, excellent service. Simon and Scott were the delivery team and both were polite and cheerful placing the chairs where we wanted them. They explained how to adjust the chairs in a clear manner. When they saw the chairs were to be on a wooden floor they fitted felt pads. Excellent service all round, thanks.
