Brilliant fast service!
My new Rab jacket arrived in good time, the price was great and the delivery was quick and packaged well.

Thieves! Simply awful company. I ordered a custom mouse mat! Sent the image and received a mouse mat with some random car on it. Have completely ignored my emails and messages.

I placed an order 15 days ago and still no delivery or reply to four emails. I’m appalled at such a poor level of customer service.

I’m really disappointed with Secret Escapes! I booked a 5 day package to Jersey advertised at £1750 with flights, car hire and hotel included! Firstly the booking isn’t actually with Secret Escapes which is very misleading.
Secondly The flight wasn’t available so I had to book an extra night at £196. The Car hire included doesn’t include a £29 a day waiver 6 days = £174. No seats or luggage included in the flight so another £100. Total cost £2220!!!
So why advertise at £1750 and mislead customers in this way!
I’m very very disappointed with Secret Escapes and could not recommend them to anyone as a trustworthy service and now have to try and find £470!!!!

Fantastic service today by Tamsin. Needed new walking shoes, tried on one pair but no good. Tamsin found another pair and helped me with my purchase. Explained about the fit really well and walked away with Shoes, socks and cleaning products. Happy customer
