Review of Charters-Reid Surveyors Ltd
Had a level 2 survey done for house we were buying. Report missed completely failed conservatory seal visible from ground level, we noticed it as soon as we moved. We thought it might have happened in the time between the survey and completion but looking at the photos in the survey it can be seen. Overall the survey felt very cookie cutter, highlighting very non-serious that almost all building have, while missing more serious issues that this house had.

Don't even bother. I placed an order of £1000 with them and they only told me they hadn't sent my order on the day it was due to be delivered, so I couldn't order from another retailer. I took days off of work, all for nothing.
Edit: My problem isn't the 'Internal Issue', it's the fact I wasn't told, I presume in order to stop me from buying from someone else in order to have my parts in time. This is extremely poor customer service.
Edit 2: Copy/Pasted responses (complete with typos) is exactly the level of service you can expect from box.
