Filing a claim is relatively easy, turn around on reimbursement was very quick.

My only comment, not meant to be negative, is I would like to see the EOB on the claim and also an easier way to see the benefits, just like for a human :)

Product quality is good, fit is always questionable but for winter I ordered 1 size up so I could wear a baselayer and it worked out well. Love all the fun designs. Price does not break the bank so very satisfied with overall experience.
