Was provided with all the information I needed prior to engineer calling. Engineer arrived on schedule and was kind helpful and professional. Easy connection after the engineer had done all he needed to. Delighted.

Excellent. Knowledgable, polite and helpful team fitted the stove. Delighted with it. Best purchase EVER. Compared to oven chimney fire place the stove has stopped the draught when not lit - and when lit - heats the whole house.
