Rated this as a 4 star instead of 5 as i feel the water reservoir could be a bit bigger. Overall a fantastic piece of technology that certainly makes great coffee. To date I have only used it with Nesspresso pods and haven’t used ground coffee yet. I would recommend.

This review is not necessarily about Midleton Distillery, but more about the delivery service they use, DHL. Recently purchased an expensive bottle, and when I got the delivery notification it stated signature required, so I changed the delivery address to my office address on the DHL Portal before the day of delivery.

On the day of delivery, I received notification that delivery was made, but it was not at my office. When I returned home I found the (very) expensive bottle sitting in the rain on my doorstep, without anyone having signed for the delivery, even through DHL claimed it was sign for.

Not Happy with the service!
