I found this very annoying

I found this very annoying. A lot of sms coming , than I have to keep all in mind. Than no friendly workers in a shop who can not explain where should I find lockets ,use code, etc . Of course , after one time - all is clear but for me is easier to go to cash desk and get my order or return it back .
