I was underpaid which I wasn't aware of. When they suspend my service which I couldn't log in to my VPS that's where it got my attention that I had over past due and unlike all other service providers they don't have auto payment for clients convenience. Most of the vps providers do this, if under paid, first they suspend the access to the vps from clients but the vps still alive in the background stays as it is. While his one is different. They will definitely suspend the vps access but also they will sneak into the clients vps and close all the open applications clients had left open. When I paid my under paid invoice and logged in with same information (ip,user,pass) see all of my opened applications were closed. I had open trade running and I loss $300 for their non-sense. I spoke the customer chat agent, told me my service was suspended due to all the open applications were closed by the system. Yes, my service was suspended my not cancelled. Why all of my open applications closed and everything else stays as same? My question, don't you care about your clients? Your clients using this vps for a reason. There could be some very importance things on the vps and you just close it? Why can't you wait few more day until the service has cancelled. They kept everything else as same (Ip,log in, user ) accept all the application on the vps. That is stupid. If I they had changed to new ip,login,user pass then I understood but everything was the same accept my open applications. All other providers don't do it but here only. Be careful with this guy.

I had two funded accounts before their migration. After the migration they never provided me any of my funded accounts. I have emailed them 100s times. Always receive a reply that account will be provided soon. It never came. One account was 200K and another one was 50K. Both of the account was in good profit. They play a game in name of dashboard migration. They were doing this for many time. After migration they don't provide the account to many of the victim. Guys don't go with them. They are HFT firm and if you do digging, no HFT firm has ever been good. They eat the challenge money from many of the innocent trader for little while. And after that they will start to play this non sense dashboard migration game and don't provide you the funded account. Even they are marked as scam on telegram for that.

This is the worse one to choose for any company for ID verification. Any company I needed to verify my KYC that uses this piece of rubbish company, failed me. I tried my Driving license, my Passport. Always is the same. I don't get it why the good companies use this rubbish system to verify the KYC on the first place.

This guys are scammers. Do yourself a favor. Don’t burn your money by spending here. I bought a challenge on July 30, 2024. I never received my credentials, never received any confirmation number or order number but only they took my money. At first I used my credit card and they told me my order was cancelled. I sent the screenshot that my fund was taken. Still they didn’t care, kept saying the same thing. Then I had to dispute my charge so they had to give it back. At that time I thought it was a technical miss handling. Then I used crypto to buy another challenge. Guess what? Still, no credentials, no confirmation email or no confirmation number. I kept emailing them showing the proof that my fund was transferred without any issue. They kept saying my order was cancelled. I contacted via telegram, live chat, emails. They also blocked me from telegram. I was trying to get my accounts for months and finally learned they just took my money and scammed me. I wish TrustPilot could allow to upload pictures or share email so that I could show my proofs. Please don’t fall.

I am using lots of prop firms but this one is worse one. I had a funded account with them. I was trading on live 100K account while still trying to verify KYC. I was on 1.5K up on my funded account. They use an automated system which verify the KYC. My KYC was rejected 4 times through the automated system. I emailed them every time and requested to verify manually. But those lazy people don't want to do that. What they do is reset the system and ask me to verify again and again. They told me not to use scanned documents. I submitted the jpeg format, used my passport, Driving License. But all of them were failed to verify through the automated system. And still they couldn't do it manually. It is very common to be failed KYC through the automated system. I had this issue before for other propfrim but they do it manually if needed. Unlike many other prop firms these lazy people don't want to do their job. Finally they took my funded account back and still couldn't verify it manually. What a lazy firm. Of course they will refund my challenge fee back. But why would that matter while I am on 1.5K in profit on that account.

This company always have very good deals when buying challenges and also they have cool rules which is very easy to follow. But the only major downside is this and I think this is very important to all the traders. The downside is payout. It took me 4 months to get my only one month payment. They could not pay me all the due amount at once so they paid me with weekly installment which no traders want to go that way. We traders want our pay as soon as possible without any hassle. Their payment system is completely trash. They do have customer chat service which is pretty much 24/7 available but the can't really help much, all they can do is forward the problem to the next level of team that's all. I would give it a 5 star review if they had payment system like big prop firm companies like FTMO, True Forex Fund etc. Also I didn't give it 1 star cause they do payout event though it takes months. I am not buying any challenges with them until they fix their payout system to the shortest amount of time like big prop firm companies. I am not waiting for my payment for months.

I was with them for years. I was new when I joined. At first it was excited. But time went by, I started getting upset and now I am still the same. I have not improved at all. It because they have 1000's of strategies. For a newbie it is very hard to choose which one is best fit. By time you will find out you will spent few tens of thousands on them to buy this or that or add ons etc. It makes so complicated. They have analys on demand where they analyze the live market. Sounds cool, right? If anybody new enter into that session, that person will feel like he has dumped into the atlantic ocean by himself. The reason is the chart is so much cluttered already with lots' of drawing, can barely see the candlestick. How a new person would understand why those drawing was marked on the chart on the first place? No one is going to explain that. Another point, they come up with new EAs every week if not every month at least and show the supers results of that. No wonders the results are verified by "MyFxbook" which is cool, but that EA was using by a very professional trader with very professional way just to make it look good so that they can sell it. The price might be between $1500-$3500. They more likely to salesperson instead of teaching. Once you buy the EA, yeah ! you will get few videos, after that you are on your own. no updates, no modification nothing. One final note: You can join but before that you have to have 2 things before you sign up for this company. A: You must have experience about trading (most fit for this company). B): You must have willing to spend at least 10K on this course time by time as I did.

I have used multiple VPS hosting company. No company was worse than this. There VPS connection is not stable, often get disconnected while using. They will provide very good service for the first week. But once the 1st week over that's when you will feel about their service. They say 24/7 customer service. That is the biggest lie for this company. I remember when I was having problem with VPS. I submit the complain and got reply no earlier than 10-12 hrs. Once I lose almost $100 due to getting disconnected from server and not able perform my task. I am done with them. They are very cheap, but I would pay more to some other company and get better service.
