They don't care about clients but them only
I was underpaid which I wasn't aware of. When they suspend my service which I couldn't log in to my VPS that's where it got my attention that I had over past due and unlike all other service providers they don't have auto payment for clients convenience. Most of the vps providers do this, if under paid, first they suspend the access to the vps from clients but the vps still alive in the background stays as it is. While his one is different. They will definitely suspend the vps access but also they will sneak into the clients vps and close all the open applications clients had left open. When I paid my under paid invoice and logged in with same information (ip,user,pass) see all of my opened applications were closed. I had open trade running and I loss $300 for their non-sense. I spoke the customer chat agent, told me my service was suspended due to all the open applications were closed by the system. Yes, my service was suspended my not cancelled. Why all of my open applications closed and everything else stays as same? My question, don't you care about your clients? Your clients using this vps for a reason. There could be some very importance things on the vps and you just close it? Why can't you wait few more day until the service has cancelled. They kept everything else as same (Ip,log in, user ) accept all the application on the vps. That is stupid. If I they had changed to new ip,login,user pass then I understood but everything was the same accept my open applications. All other providers don't do it but here only. Be careful with this guy.
