I recently bought a DVD 100. Great product, works perfectly and does exactly what I neeed it to! Had initial issue thinking product didn't work, but it turned out to be a faulty HDMI cable, which the tech team quickly replaced, so all good, thanks guys!

Generally booking was fine. However, as our flight carrier is not Tui, we were unable to reserve seats and having spent quite some time trying to on line, eventually found out by calling customer services that as its not a Tui flight this was not an option. There was no indication of this issue on line anywhere and whilst we were given the option of changing our holiday/flight, that was not practical for us. We felt this should be highlighted before a booking is confirmed.
