Worst customer service I ever experienced
They proofed me they don't give a single fly about customers and only care about the money.
The website is really really bad organized. I was scrolling through the sale section, thinking all of the nail designs there are UV Gel sets. Turns out I ordered nail stickers for which you also need a topcoat. Either in the product description nor in the title of the nails was any information about that, so I seriously had no clue that these are different nails.
So I sent them a mail but instead of being nice and understanding, the were kind of rude and telling me that all of this is my fault since these are "originals" and you can read that in the title and the description which is a complete lie haha
Any other company's customer service would take the criticism, say sorry and give a refund or at least a discount on the next order. Blitsbee I guess wants to earn a lot of money and gives no shit about their faults and customers which is kind of sad since I really love their nails but don't want to support a bitchy company
