Great communication

Such a pleasant experience with this shop. I had some questions about a product and got an email reply in no time, Robert was extremely helpful in helping me pick the product suited for my needs providing advice and feedback from personal experience and previous reviews.
They even went out of their way to have the product delivered to a pick up point as I wouldn't have been home during delivery.

10/10 would shop again. Great selection, great prices, great communication

Great design, even better quality

Absolutely have to recommend to anyone interested in upgrading from their current wallet/card holder. It's got all the slots I could ever need and then some, beautiful craftsmanship and the leather is better than any other wallet I've used in the past. Looking forward to see how the leather will age and begin to look even nicer over time. Customer service was also excellent, nothing but praise for Rond - loving my wallet so far and hope to love it for many years to come!

absolutely unacceptable delays

I placed my order for the s5 bike early September, with promised delivery sometime November. Already then I felt bad having to wait a whole month to receive a bike I had to pay 2500eur for. November came and went and I received an email telling me my order will be delayed until late December.
Once more, December came and went, and I received another email saying that delivery is prosponed to February.
It is now march, I went to the physical store myself where they could provide me with no detail on delivery whatsoever and told me to wait until April.

It has now been 6 months since I ordered the bike with still no expected date to receive it. Its absolutely unacceptable to delay an order for this long while providing little no no information and frankly I feel scammed.
