Be warned, & avoid at all costs. I cannot understand how OVO Energy rates so highly on Trustpilot. Customer service is non-existent. The entire customer service set up is designed to obstruct & manipulate, not resolve. They hold the customer in total contempt & are addicted to wasting your time for no other reason than that they can & they get away with it. Consider yourself 'prey'.

Excellent service from The Plastic People, Leeds. We just turned up without notice at reception with a template for a perspex cover for an arched window that's not a perfect arch. The very competent Rebecca sent a quote to our email within minutes, we paid online while sitting in their very comfy sofa in the reception area, the order was confirmed straight away, and was ready days later. All efficiently managed from start to finish by staff who could not be more friendly and helpful. And the product itself is of good quality, well finished, and fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

First time using Flexible and Fasteners and the service really was first class. The order was processed promptly and received by tracked Royal Mail as promised. There was an issue with the item received but when we raised this by email there was a swift apology and the issue was rectified straight away to our satisfaction by Nafsheen. Highly recommend.

Ayush was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient, not over-pushy, & explained the details & implications of the Contract clearly. A pleasure to deal with.
