Ordered in December around 500 business card.
I paid the extra delivery fee for shipment in Switzerland.
The card were planned for a live event with a determined date.
The order was made 14 November 2023, and the event the end pf second week of December.
When booked and paid the platform said they should have delivered by end of November, so should have been plenty time.
The 2 of December there was still no news.
Then I wrote an email and with my great surprised they had forgot, thy wrote me they will delivery that day.
That seems a joke but unfortunately the leaflet did not arrived in time for the business event.

The order refer to 18 November 2023.
On top, I really don't care about your quality useless system.
Fact: I order to print some leaftlet in 18 November 2023, the platfrom and I expected to got them by end of November as I have an event by mid of December.
There should be planty time.
Because I was not received anything I contacted and with my surprise you forgot to sent.
Probably made a "new" order by 8 december but that is not my original order.
Its not me, the customer that have to lost time with your "reclamation" protocol that is clear not even work.
Take this feedback and learn to improve process not be arrogant and tell the "customer" how to do.

Last year I miss my connection for Switzerland because trenord strike.
Apart from have extra cost as find a place where to sleep for that night as there weren't anymore connection, I never received the refund of the ticket

Worst Bank service in Europe.
The advantage they used to have was that in Germany they do offer to open an account even before you have a residency, but I would suggest you to avoid them anyway.
I asked now almost a year ago to transfer what is in my account and done in person and flight back to Hamburg thus also spending money.
After few months they sent me a letter that they could not understand the new IBAN.
Now as I do not reside in Germany they should take care of the matter and contact me even via email that they do have.
As you can interact only in German is self explanatory that is not at all a Bank for expat or professionals.

My warehouse service use unfortunately them just because they are cheap.
Unfortunately I ended-up that my customers do not get deliveded orders, even though address are pretty clear and instruction and contact phone are provided.
As Business owner I do not recommend at all!

As Italian I been "forced" to use Trenitalia since going to university.
I can say they did improved a bit in term of "education" of their employee.
Nevertheless as since the "fantapandemia" when they basically wasted a lot of their customer money in useless box with water and mask and disinfaction gel, I would say only because their management has who know has political "partnership" with those company selling those "stuff".
So worst Freccia almost always delayed and once I made a single mistake, I bought a ticket in the wrong month, but noticed only the day of my departure, once I was on the train, I went to the controller, that was very "diplomatic" saying to me there was not a problem but he has to do a new ticket.
I pay the new ticket but then back at my sit I found out 50 euro penality.
Well then the same train was even 45 min delayed but as that kind of ticket I could not claim the refund at least of 25% off from ticket.
So they apply strict rules only when concern them.
I whould get free ride for the so many delay time their train had in past.

Been in the platform 13 years, then the level of spammers rised on high level.
Worst as the last 3 years they become a sales platform for pharmaceutical companies and a censorship one.
On top of that after have restricted my account they even violate the GDPR not providing my data of my 13 years account.
