Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery ! Wrong Bra and when I delivered back to store had to ask for confirmation of my return.
I then received an email saying my refund would take a while as they had many returns therefore delay !
Not my problem . Waiting for refund.

Regarding your refund, we sincerely apologise that this took longer tthan usual to process. I ordered shoes and they took forever…

I ordered shoes and they took forever to come! I didn’t like them when they arrived ( not your fault)

I received a damaged bin it was dented…

I received a damaged bin it was dented on top. I didn’t even unpack it as dents clear to see on opening box.I have a time now that this is being collected and hopefully anew one coming.

I was told to return bin as it was delivered to me, which was no bubble wrap or protective packaging on the top.I replied I would do that and got an email saying Imust package with protection.I did this and have posted pics !However it’s a bit rich as no care was taken in my packaging when sent to me. Not happy at all.
