When I visited the store service was good. Friendly staff. I found item I was looking for. But it was disappointing as I asked for this item in January. I am still waiting for a phone call to say the item is in stock.

I would really have appreciated the…

I would really have appreciated the person I spoke to listening to my question and answering it. Instead I was taken through the full application form again, having to explain /confirm what I had written. I had a simple query about the cost but the total phone-call lasted about 15 minutes which was time not well spent for me, as I had other commitments and I only needed one question answered. I had to go with the conversation as it was at times difficult to understand her accent and she had a set format to fill in and couldn't think outside that format.
