Hello. We do not close any trades at all of our clients - we simply are not able to do that. We do not control the platform traders trade on - we use the services of our Brokers.
If we understand correctly, you breached one of the Drawdowns while still in profit. In that case, your account will be breached in every single prop-firm, as that's how the system is set up. We do not think this review is fair, as that's standard procedure and we did not impact your trading in any way.

The support customer service is great, especially the instant chat option is awesome.
Also, multiple account creation and fund transfers within the accounts option more helpful for traders.
