Please do not order from this company, uK Shoes, they are not in the UK. Ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers which took ages to arrive. Cost 39.99.
The shoes finally arrived and look like something you could buy for a few quid in the UK in a discount store.
I have emailed but the email comes back from Postmaster who says the email address does not exist!
The phone number is fake too! I traced the company to Haichen Technology but can get no further. I am asking my bank to get involved to see if they can trace this company!
I intend to do everything I can to get my money back! It may not be a lot of money but this is about teaching these scam companies a lesson!

I don't want to give them Any star rating. I ordered bras which were being advertised on Facebook and Instagram UK. They took my money - obviously. I have NOT received the bras and I am emailing this bogus company daily. They send me tracking reports which must be fake too because according to that my parcel has been in the UK for a week now.
I cannot get any sense out of these people - no doubt
they are somewhere in China..... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE BRAS being advertised on Social med.

Tesco Whoosh delivery ordered at 10 am this morning. PAID for it... They took the money - 10 minutes later a message the delivery was cancelled!! What? Why? Phone Customer Service - no assistance whatsoever, could not tell me why order was cancelled and they CANNOT contact Whoosh delivery or their drivers ! So now I have to wait 5 days for my money to go back into my account!! DISGRACEFUL service !!

I have sent several emails to Fruugo Help Centre, I have left messages for them on UK XTwitter, Instagraml and left a review on here which I am attaching. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. They did reply to my review on here when I first posted it and you will see that they said they would contact me... but Nothing ! PLEASE do not purchase from this website

This item looks good and it's a close looking copy of the fabulous Dyson Air wrap but much cheaper! It took about 3 weeks to arrive, when it arrived I couldn't get it to work. Suddenly it started working but it is deafeningly NOISY and it is nothing like the Dyson.
I then began the very painful process of RETURN. Of course this item is sold by one of Fruugo's retailers in China. I contacted Fruugo to request return. It took about 4 days to get a reply! Got the return form and on the form it advises to return the item and use the cheapest TRACKED form of post.
I packaged it all up and took it to the Post Office this morning to be told that the cheapest TRACKED Royal Mail delivery would be £25!!!!!!! I refuse to pay £25 to return this item which is no better than an ordinary hair dryer or hot brush which I could buy for about £15. It is very difficult to contact Fruugo and you certainly cannot contact the retailer! Never will I use Fruugo again I hope this is a warning to other UK consumers.
